Team Development focuses on helping groups overcome the fundamental causes of team politics and failure, and to progress towards the Performance Stage of Team Development.
Psychological Skills Coaching focuses on the development of foundational qualities (e.g., self-awareness, resilience and achievement drive) to help the group strive towards their goals and to cope with the inevitable stressors along the journey.
Assessments and Feedback from leaders within the group is helpful when determining specific barriers that limit group success. Group coaching includes psychoeducation, daily practices and practical application of performance strategies.
